Thanks to those in our community who are putting forth the time and effort to protect our neighbourhood.

You may have noticed the For Sale sign in front of 91 Donwoods.  We want to thank the neighbours who worked tirelessly and invested in pushing back on what we and they considered was an outrageous build.  This variance busting build would have necessitated the removal of almost all of the mature trees on the lot, including devastation to the reverse ravine.  The lot will now be sold with several conditions which will protect most of the tree canopy and also limit the height and width of the new build.  It wasn’t easy, it wasn’t quick but tenacity and doing the right thing for themselves and the neighbourhood paid off.  Thank you!
